The NFT is a limited-edition digital asset created by Sol RE that includes artwork owned or created by Sol RE and/or affiliated artists. (the “Artwork”). The Artwork may also incorporate one or more elements of Sol RE’s trademarks and branding (the “Brand”). The rare digital Artwork IS stored in the NFT, whereas the Brand is neither stored nor embedded in the NFT, but are accessible through the NFT to be enjoyed by the owner of it, and all of his/her/they/them’s friends.
Although the NFT itself is owned by the recipient of the NFT, the Brand associated with the NFT is licensed and not transferred or sold to such recipient.
While we believe the technology stack we create our NFTs with is premium censorship-resistant-grade, we cannot guarantee the permanence or immutability of our digital ink. Factors relating to the the performance of the Ethereum, Solana, and Algorand or any other blockchain is entirely out of our scope of influence.
All purchases of Sol RE NFT's and product bundles are final. We are unable to process returns, especially after a physical product or NFT has been sent to your provided address. Sol RE has provide a guide for you to create your own secure cryptocurrency wallet, as needed to receive digital art collectible NFT's. Sol RE is not liable for the security or protection of your digital assets or private keys. Sol RE nor any party involved at Sol RE, will have access or ability to manage your cryptocurrency wallet or purchased digital assets. We will have no records whatsoever of your private keys, and will be unable to assist in the recovery of lost wallet keys.
Physical products, such as the last print run of "Open Your Mind To Change" will be shipped as soon as possible—typically within 7-10 days — after delivery details are provided and wallet owners are verified. With global supply chains increasingly unpredictable today, the only guarantee we can provide is that we will do our damndest to get you your purchased products.
So long as you comply with these Terms, Sol RE hereby grants to you, solely for so long as you are the owner of the NFT, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to access, perform and/or display the Artwork and Brand using the NFT for either PERSONAL OR BUSINESS purposes. Except for the license granted above, Sol RE and its affiliates retain complete unfettered creative access to all creative work for the development of the Anml Style comic memeverse. Right, title, and interest in and to the Artwork and Brand for potential integrations into more artworks of various media formats.
Furthermore, you may not use the Brand in connection with any product or service that is not Sol Forms Ink's product or service, or in any manner that is objectionable, likely to cause confusion or dilute, blur, or tarnish the Brand. All use of the Brand, including any goodwill generated by such use, shall inure to the benefit of Sol Forms Ink.
If you are the recipient or owner of the NFT, you may transfer the NFT to a third party, but, after you do so, your license to the Artwork (including any Brand incorporated therein) will immediately terminate. Your license will also immediately terminate if you breach these Terms. Any new recipient of the NFT will be subject to and bound by these Terms.
Sol Forms Ink provides the NFT, and licenses the Artwork to the owner of the NFT, on an “AS IS” basis, and expressly disclaims any warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties or conditions of title, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will Sol Forms Ink or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or other non-direct damages of any kind, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The maximum aggregate liability of Sol Forms Ink and its affiliates for all damages and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall be $100.
The laws of the State of Wyoming, excluding its choice of law provisions, will govern these Terms and any dispute that arises between you and Sol Forms Ink.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sol Forms Ink with respect to the NFT the Artwork and the Brand, and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous written or oral agreements or understandings between you and Sol Forms Ink relating to the NFT, the Artwork, or the Brand.
